Bildungsurlaub is paid time off for recognised further training under German state law. Our intensive courses are currently recognised for English, Italian, Spanish and French.
- ✓ The legal application deadline with the employer is at least 6 weeks.
- ✓ Bildungsurlaub can also take place at any time as private lessons or 2-to-1 lessons.
- ✓ Group courses take place when the minimum number of participants is reached.
- ✓ Our language courses for English, Spanish, French and Italian are recognised as Bildungsurlaub.
- ✓ Every employee can use 5 or 10 additional paid working days for Bildungsurlaub.
- ✓ In total, 10 days are possible within two years.
- ✓ Minimum duration: 5 consecutive days with 40 lesson units per week.
